 The papers should not be more than 6 pages

How many papers can be presented by an author?
 There is no limit to the submission of papers by authors,but an author can only present three papers in the congress after acceptance of papers

Is there any payment before submitting a paper?
 No,all payments occur after acceptance of the paper
